Hey y'all, wow last week was crazy! I was so confused on what day it was because of the holiday, but I hope everyone had a great 4th of July week. I think this was one of the first times I was excited for it to be Monday. Sometimes you just need to start a week off recharged and refreshed. I just started my job back full-time, and I am struggling on getting back into a routine. Also, blogging is a lot of work! I am sure you would never imagine. Before I started blogging, I was like these blogger girls have is MADE! Just posting pictures...blah blah blah. Come to find out, it is no joke! Now I am struggling to find time to even post. I decided I am going to only work on writing blogs on Sunday to hopefully get a post up every Monday for y'all. It is time for me to get back to the real world now that I am done with school (not saying full-time bloggers don't have "real" jobs, but I am not looking to be a full-time blogger). I LOVE my job, but it is definitely a transition from studying/test every week to working all day. Sorry for that little rant, but my goal is to be more open with y'all about my every day life. Should I do a post on what I do for work?....HINT: I am around the best fried chicken every day! LOL.
So now time to get back on track to what I wanted to share with you today! I am sure you have seen so many fruit prints blowing up your feed...lemons, pineapples, oranges! I am loving this fruit trend. Not only because I LOVE fruit, but now I get to wear it haha. Say bye bye to florals and stripes, and hello lemons! Just kidding, I think I will love all of these trends forever! The lemon print makes the cutest outfits for summer, especially because the yellow color makes everyone look so tan! I love my outfit pictured above. The top is so cute and has an adjustable tie in the front. I wore a bralette under it, because it was a little revealing. I love the bell sleeves and felt like a hippy once I put my fun sunglasses on (on sale for $6)! They are currently out of the lemon shorts, but they have the same shorts in solid yellow, which are still adorable! They also have the exact same print in a tank top, which would look amazing with white shorts! The cover up is my favorite! Y'all know I am a sucker for cover ups, so I am really considering ordering this one! Both the tank and cover up are low in stock, so don't miss out! The outfits I linked below would be great for the month of July, making a trip to the beach, or going to brunch with your girlies!
